It was awesome!

The property was beautiful, layout was easy to navigate although, long walk to beach and pool from lobby. Trolly ran but not on a set schedule and often seats filled with by staff

People reserving chairs at pool and beach but not using them. Staff do not enforce the no reservations rule. This is more to do with greedy people rather than property though.

Good hotel for beach and pool lovers, but not a five star hotel

Very nice property, built with attention to detail, beautiful plants, nice design furniture, directly at a beautiful beach, cocktails in all bars are really nice

Maintenance is not done properly, staff is very kind, but not up to a five star hotel, training and supervision is missing, guests reserve early mornings pool chairs, when you come later there is no free space, food is not up to a five star hotel, coffee in the main breakfast room is terrible, property is very big, so they have golf cars shuttle from one end to the next: long queues, partly long waiting time, services such as towel availability at the pools or cleaning is not done consistent.

Nice hotel, but a door can felt you in, and they know it.

The installations are beautiful, the sea view is amazing, the beach is incredibly there are enough chairs but you have to appart them with a towel on the morning. The stuff is really kind, the bed was really good and the balcony also.

The bathroom door felt... and my 48 Kilo sister was really scare, according to the handyman, it was really common cuz the hinges were really cheap and weak. The hotel sent the handyman to repair it as quickly as possible, but didn't give ud something in reparation, etc. ALSO, my sister got sick, and the hotel told us that the doctors check on the nursery had a cost of 290 USD and before 8 am was 310 USD . I have been to other all included hotels were the nursery was free, so it was really sad.

Great beach and pool areas. Food and drinks are great Rooms are big, confortable and clean.

Staff is generally not up to level for such a resort - very slow (ask for a simple knife or fork and see how long it takes), many are not nice or dont make the effort to be nice, some simply ignore you. The distance between the restaurant area and the beach is quite big and you need a buggy to take you. Unfortunately there is only 1 buggy doing the tour and many times it seemed we are waiting for a bus on rush hour - 20 people waiting, which cannot fit in 1 buggy.

Superb

Loved the vibe, the location, and the FOOD. The bed was AMAZING, and the drinks were plenty and strong. I particularly enjoyed having fresh mint blended into the strawberry daiquiri (unusual, yes, but bartender acomodated without hesitation. I recommend BTW, very refreshing). It was very serene and comfortable, which is exactly what we needed as a weekend getaway. The concierge service was very useful. But best of all was the water ritual at the spa!!! And included massage was a perfect ending to our trip.

We got "sequestered " for a resort sales pitch and ended up losing more than half a day. This was a big surprise as we were staying at the VIP section. I also was surprised there were no face towels to use, especially since they offered gel soap instead of barred soap (what would I lather up in the shower with? ) and it was a big confusion when I asked for a couple of them, albeit they did find some within a day. The bath robes were frayed, but comfy. And the resort being so huge that you could get nowhere without golf carts is a deterrent for a return visit (unless it is again to the VIP section) waiting in the heat was uncomfortable for a disabled person (me) there was way too much walking.

8 in our party. My brother in law was hospitalized for 2 days after returning home due to broken pool ladder. The shuttle came around every 30 minutes. Rediculous!!! Spa too expensive.

- Some staff were friendly - lobby area is pretty

- Beach was full of seaweed - facility was old and ran down - didnt have internet the first night - to make reservations for the restaurants is a headache , I arrived late and couldnt make a reservation so I was left with the option of being hungry and eating the food from the buffet style place that doesnt require reservations (the food there is the worst ) - they will try to upcharge you to have access to the Level and the nicer pools - food was awful (did I forget to mention ?) - not much activities to do - asked for the room to be decorated for anniversary and they did not do it as they said they would. -some of the restaurants on property you had to pay for - oh, one of the ladies taking reservations for restaurants was very unpleasant, I could tell she does not like her job - confusion with breakfast: was told breakfast was available by the buffet restaurant near the lobby but when we went it was closed and a nearby coffee shop was open for pastries. So many people had come and had to turn back because of that misinformation. Mind you, the rooms are far from the lobby and you have to wait for golf carts to take you around. Golf carts that run inconsistently btw. - overall just not good value for money. I chose this hotel because I booked last minute and it was the best of all the evils that was available at the time. Would not recommend.
