We have stayed several times at Terri apartments and found them good, apartment 6 though was not well maintained,floors not very clean, mould in the shower, we had to ask for bath towels and a tea towel,we were disappointed

The location was amazing for what we wanted

Rubbish left behind from whoever stayed there before, mould throughout the shower, general cleanliness wasnt to a standard it should be, the water system needs a look at - as my kids couldve easily burnt themselves with the temps - was either super cold or burning hot.

Very comfortable and suited our needs well

Bathroom vent fans not working (we reported this and left it to them to sort out after we had departed). Noisy rubbish trucks (or similar) early morning - we had forgotten how noisy a city location can be!). Number on the building not easy to see. Reception room was not obvious and did not have signage.

Location is good but didnt sleep well due to bed size.

Location. The location is near supermarkets and town. Moving around is a breeze.

It was marketed as large beds in booking.com but it turns out to be just normal queen size bed

Good location and easy to get to. Good staff.

Good location for where we needed to go. Friendly staff who promptly brought towels when we realised one bedroom didnt have any.

Enough towels for both bedrooms and more than half a roll of toilet paper. At least one spare roll. Few more things needed in kitchen. No chopping board. Still think overpriced. Noisy in morning
