Everything is fine.

Friendly staff, got self laundry and shop nearby. Just few steps walk. Room comes with breakfast.

Value for money and convenient if youd like to stay near the airport

The location is not far from the airport and convenient as we had a rented car. There are some shops including restaurant, laundry and mini marts nearby. The staff who was manning the reception in the morning was such a pleasant person with a smile.

On the other hand, the staff who was at the reception had no expression and did not explain well. He could be a little nicer. The breakfast was supposed to start by 7am but somehow the venue was not open on time and a had to go outside to have breakfast.

Staff problem

Location is good.

Checked in around 145am. Was informed by the staff that their kitchen having problem and won't be able to serve breakfast in the morning. Since we book our room that come with breakfast, he asked me to check with the morning staff about getting refund. With that info, we didn't even bother to wake up early in the morning for the breakfast. When we check out, I asked the on duty staff about the refund. Surprisingly she said they did serve breakfast in the morning. She said she will check with the staff that checked me in and will get back to me. So far, no news. The attitude of the morning staff is not so professional as well. Didn't even bother to make proper eye contact and serve someone else while I was in the middle of talking to her.
