Exceptional

An absolutely wonderful place to stay when visiting Anuradhupura as it is so close to the ancient city. Quiet, next to the rice fields and a lotus pond. Food was spectacular and both the owners had the most wonderful smiles!

It was a superb experince and very mcuh better than I have paid for.

Owner and his wife were very cooperative and they have prepared excellent local food, especially the morning herb porridges, drinks which were consumed by old days like Kurakkan, salads with local herbs etc.. Very nice environment with natural views (lake, flowers).

I highly recommend this place, It was a calm and quite place. The service quality was truly exceptional, I cant wait to come back. If you are looking for place for relax yourself, you cant miss this place. Food was very delicious. We had evening tea with pol roti and dinner.

Lovely family, gorgeous food, fab location, beautiful surroundings

The family have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always smiling and really welcoming. The breakfast was AMAZING sitting over the lake and watching over all the wildlife - a lovely spread of food too which they kindly let us take a box away when we couldnt finish it. Room was comfortable and affordable although next time I would consider the AC room. I would also recommend downloading google translate on your phone to communicate well with the hosts.
