I highly recommend the stay for anyone visiting the Manali & want to stay connected to both old & urban Manali. I would like to appreciate the efforts of the staff Manish, Vishal & Maheshwari ji for making it a wonderful stay.

Very good

Location and the hotel ambients is very good. The staff, especially Manish Mannu and Vishal were very friendly and so helpful. The washroom was very clean as well, food was delicious. Definitely a safe and comfortable place if you are visiting Manali.

Experience would have been a lot better if thicker blankets were provided.

The behaviour of the staff (Vishal and Manish) was great and welcoming. They were very helpful and genuine while suggesting the food and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is a heritage property and walkable distance from Mall road.

Pleasant and cozy and would love to pay a visit again sooner

The property was really clean and tidy. The staffs of the hotels were really kind enough to let us check in before time . The restaurant staff Vishal was really helpful , very well spoken and gave us choices of food and was smiling throughout every room service we made . Highly appreciate the customer centric behaviour he has. Kudos to him
