Very small restaurant, gaudy decor, defective bathroom water outlet where the water from bathing area goes the sink/ WC area. Choice of painting over the bed was bad

No 4 but . . . a 5 star hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations by all means. Friendly staff, luxury furniture and building. Comfort room and bed, clean white towels and all necessary amenities. Value of money. I could rate it as a 5 star hotel.

I cannot find anything negative to say.

Our stay was really marvellous.

Our stay was really marvellous. The hotel does not have many rooms so the service is extremely personalized. teh amenities are excellent. The pool that is available at Mayfair Lagoon across the street is marvellous, so is the place at Mayfair Lagoon, which is completely integrated with Mayfair Convention. There is water, newspaper, soft drinks and snacks provided at no extra charge. The place is well located, in an area that is not noisy, but still right next to pharmacies, and small shops.

staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable rooms were very clean and serviced twice a day we were able to use the facilities at the Mayfair Lagoon across the road
