The location and the service of the staff. They were always courteous and prompt in service. No delays. The front gate security staff need to learn some manners though. The food was awesome. The linen was clean and so was the bathrooms

For the last 2 years the resort is "under construction". I visited the resort 2 years back. And now. It seems like there is perpetual construction work going on. There is work happening in the night. There is banging and piling happening all through till 11 pm. It used to be a Forest Resort. Now it's becoming a crowded hotel in the middle of a nice forest. The first time I went, there was a lot more peace and quiet. This time I did not find any difference between a city construction site and this. And with more rooms being added, in the future I doubt you will find peace and quiet. It will be a bustling resort. If you are going to hear sounds of forests and for some solitude, forget it.

Staff are neither trained,nor well mannered behaviour,food is bad, rooms were not cleaned during our 5 days of stay, toiletries were never refilled,even getting the regular complementary water was challenging.

Awesome location and scenic beauty. Night view was also awsome

Being a remote area, not all mobile networks are operational. So Wifi connection would have been a good option. But Wifi connection was available only at reception area. With signal extender, same could have been provided at all the cottages. Tata Sky channels were subscribed. Breakfast option was limited. Hump provided at the main entrance needs to be removed
