Nice and relaxing stay

Friendly and helpful staffs. Willing to go beyond to help you out. The property is spacey, airy and beautifully maintained

A lot of variances food for breakfast and got afternoon tea when we stay here for free

Too long waiting time for checked ini, all guests are already check out by 12, but room still not ready at 3pm

1. the room smelled damp and the bathroom smelled of urine 2. the blanket was still dirty and another bed had the blanket torn 3. management did not provide a better solution or compensation, only moved to another room which was in almost the same condition 4. In almost all the restaurants there, the service takes a very long time, I just ordered iced tea, it took almost 1/2 an hour before it came out, it took almost 1 hour for the food to come out too 5. really not worthy of being called a 5 star hotel

Friendly and efficient staff at reception and everyone was very helpful. Great hotel with excellent facilities for children and families. Nice location just outside Bandung hence avoiding the traffic to enter the city. Room for children has bunk bed and a slide as well as toys, which my two young girls absolutely loved.

Location away from attractions in Bandung meant lengthy journeys of 30-90 mins to get there. Not much else to complain.

A beautifully designed, luxurious hotel with relaxing pool area.

It is large, modern and open hotel which has been beautifully designed and with a feeling of luxury throughout. The pool area was idyllic. The breakfast was extremely varied and delicious.

Excellent gateway for kids and family

The facility is amazing. Kids loved the pools, many other activities provided. Gym is fantastic!

Its on the river. Hotel staff might consider a community service by cleaning up the river which full of rubbish. It can be seen from our room window. Ps: if you dont clean the river, it will always have the flies problem.

It is always a good place to stay n spend ur holiday there. My kids love it. Whenever we plan to stay in bandung, my kids always requested to stay here.
