A great family holiday

The staff, room and facility were great. My family enjoyed spending the new year at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The private beach was also so nice to spend the holiday.

I requested the hotel to provide us an extra bed and a cot for us as we travelled with my 6 months old and 6 years old. During the check in, we had been told that the cot and bed were not available which was disappointing for a hotel at that caliber. I had to fight my way to get a cot for my 6 month old but not the bed. It was disappointing.

A disaster

The location, the breakfast and the architecture of the hotel.

This hotels service does not feel like a Kempinski, no luxury, no comfortable. The staff is unprofessional, there is no system and follow up. Everything went wrong during our stay. The rooms are dirty and needs renovation, no quality at all. We are very disappointed, the check out took ages, although we reached the hotel very early in the morning, they didnt greet us with a welcoming drink or any relaxing service. Although there was availability they didnt let us early check in

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is really beautiful and in a great location, the decor is stunning. It looks like a palace in the reception area. The reception staff are lovely and very attentive. The hotel has great facilities, very clean and fab amenities. The beach staff are lovely and very attentive.

We had a lovely stay, however I requested 2 quiet rooms during the booking process. One room was fine, the other room 107 was next to what turned into a noisy bar/nightclub at night. I spoke to reception to complain, they apologised, however it did unfortunately ruin our sleep until it finished in the early hours. One night I was told it would finish at 4am. This needs to be looked at by the hotel, you cannot have a noisy bar near a guests room, its supposed to be a relaxing stay. A couple of other comments, we are in the Arabic restaurant on our last night, it was a buffet, the staff were attentive for the first 5 mins, then we had to keep asking them to bring water, change our plates and provide more cutlery, we were ignored, I noticed others were too, the staff need retraining.

Location amd ambience

Neither they privided the room as per booking.. no balcony view nor the New year gala table... we asked many time bit totally reluctant to listen or do anything..they charged everything in advance and everytime one excuse sorry we are fully booked. Hotel was understaff and not great service..sorry but will never go again nor will suggested anyone to go.

Everything was great + the locution .. i used my own car! Nice area!

When you ask or call the staff for any services they take time to arrange it, Specially the hotel was not too busy that time! Anyway they are nice team!!
