Exceptional

They made our anniversary night super special by sending courtesy letter accompanied by a champagne bottle. The staff was amazingly kind and attentive. The rooms are exceptional as well as the view. Overall amazed. The drinks and the food was top as well.

Disappointing

Basic- couldve stayed somewhere else with better service and parking

The Texas Pool / Lazy River

They dont tell you the parking cost, the garage says 38.00 the Hotel Charges 50.00 plus nearly 50.00 in taxes plus a resort style fee which they dont disclose. They had no lotions in the room and they offered pillow spray sample which was empty or used the room faced a street and the beds are small it was a hassle to check in and find the room was a scavenger hunt. It just wasnt worth the money paid

Location is brilliant , lots of great food options . Didnt find the staff particularly friendly or helpful though , which was disappointing

We had to pay for parking $45 a day and later after paying the front desk charged $25 additional add extra for taxes Total parking of one day was $80. No explaining why it went up! There was more but sadly we wont return.

Cool pool and some decent views is about all you get.

Beds are comfortable and the pool area is nice.

There were room service discounts available but when I checked my credit card statements they had overcharged me. It was a hassle to get those funds reimbursed. Also these rooms are definitely not worth the price. Ive stayed in better rooms on ski resorts that are priced better.
