Market Street hotel

We checked in at night time and the hotel main door was locked so we had to figure out how to get in to the building. Once we entered the building and went to level 7 where the reception was, we were greeted by two men who were casually dressed so we won't sure if they were staff. During check in, I had some questions (eg, what time the bar closes, if breakfast was included, what time is the breakfast, etc) and he couldn't answer any of them and said "not sure". We were bit surprised by lack of knowledge of the reception staff (he literally didn't know anything about the hotel) We booked a room with mini bar included but the mini bar fridge was warmer than room temperature and all drinks were luke warm. When we enquired about this, they said they will have a look but nothing happened and we couldn't drink anything from this fridge since it was too warm to drink (they were alcoholic drinks) I think if you are charging extra for mini bar included you should make sure the fridge is working and drinks are kept cool. Also, we were told breakfast was included and our table was reserved but when we turned up on the first breakfast, they told us it's not included and we have to pay extra. We paid over AUD2700 for 4 nights (that's very expensive for 3-4 star hotel) and breakfast was not even included and no facility in the building either. We found the value very bad and our family members stayed at Indigo hotel which was substantially cheaper and better value. We regretted for choosing this hotel based on the positive reviews we've read. At least, the reception staff during check-out was very good, she was helpful and explained how to catch a train very well. Our room was also supposed to be on high floor but they gave us level 4, was expecting maybe higher floor should have been given?
