The staff were fantastic, they had great facilities for families and Miguel the service manager was outstandingly great.

The food choices were slightly limited, especially for those with allergies.

A splurge that wasnt worth it

Location, view, and swimming pool areas were great

Room was not cleaned well (spots on floor), cleaning was not reliable (not done between 8:30 and 12:30 one day, but also not done after 12:00 another day - even though our door light was on to request service). Everything in the resort was expensive, with automatic gratuity added to every bill (even if just buying water and soft drinks in the store). The room prices and resort fees were very high. Soundproofing unsatisfactory - we were routinely disturbed by voices in the hallway and on neighboring balconies.

My Margaritaville experience was a paradise lost, riddled with disappointments that overshadowed any glimmer of fun. Here's a quick rundown of the shipwreck: 1. Food Fiasco: Imagine spending $20 on avocado toast that's more soggy cardboard than creamy delight. Blandness reigned supreme, with every bite a culinary insult. Freshness was a distant memory, replaced by the stale ghost of flavor. Forget island vibrancy the hotel menu was a dirge of disappointment played on rusty spoons. 2. Noise Nightmare: Serenity? Don't bother searching. Peace and quiet are mythical creatures at Margaritaville. From rowdy poolside crowds to constant construction, tranquility was sacrificed at the altar of cacophony. Finding a haven of Zen was like searching for a needle in a haystack of boomboxes. 3. Foul Fumes: Imagine flinging open your doors to greet the sweet scent of paradise only to be assaulted by the rancid aroma of deep-fried regret. That's Margaritaville for you. The stench of overcooked food from the water park wafted up, a constant reminder of culinary misdeeds. Think stale french fries and greasy onion rings on repeat. 4. Guest Neglect: Apparently, "fin-tastic service" applies only to day-pass holders. As a paying hotel guest, I felt like a forgotten flip-flop on the beach. Staff prioritized short-term visitors, leaving us long-term residents languishing in the shade of neglect. It was like being served stale margaritas while everyone else sipped fresh pia coladas. 5. Loved our trip to Bahamas just because of the nice resort as there was nothing much to do outside!

Amenities were good - variety of restaurants, pool was superb both with water rides and adult pool. location was good too in the Centre of downtown. Great ambience with lot of photogenic places within the resort. Staff was very supportive

Extremely extremely disappointed with one of our dinners. We ate at the pizza and pasta restaurant one night for my birthday weekend and it was probably the most disappointing dining experience of my boyfriends and My meals travelling abroad. Despite us bringing up our concerns to the restaurant staff, very little was done to help address our concerns.
