The staff were friendly.

Dirty, bad smell, roof not represented correctly, food below standard, overall not a good experience.

Very good

This hotel was perfect for my purpose of attending my dive course for the week.

The location was great as it was very near the jetty and near a lot of cafes and dive schools. They have a fantastic band that played every night!

One of the evenings there was a loud event (music) at a next door location which made it difficult to sleep but the hotel did formally warn the guests, and apologize, via a letter under the door.

Superb

Ideal Location near the fast boat

Location was excellent. We really appreciated the text we received prior to our visit explaining info about the hotel and how to get there from the boat. Staff were very welcoming, approachable and lovely. House keeping were so efficient. Hotel is very clean and can arrange bike rentals for you. Restaurant is very nice with a fantastic range of choice.

We felt the room was a little small as we were there 4 days. There was nowhere to hang out wet clothes to dry and we had no window to open.

Poor

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Rock hard. There was no privacy in the room the sink was in an open space right next the bed. No seperate bathroom. Not a very well designed lay out at all. Staff were rude I found.
