The rooms aren't big but the hospitality (from Jiji), ambience and the proximity to the beach at such low price makes me recommend this to anyone.

The stay was quite comfortable. If you are a budget traveller I surely recommend Peterland..the host was very supportive and humble ..he was always there for whatever we needed right from the day we checked in to the day we left... He arranged for scooty and shikara rides for us... The food was really delicious thanks to The host and his wife .. and would suggest if you are coming to Kerala do enjoy his stay and food at home instead of having it outside as you won't have enough options outside and town is little far and he provides fresh food at less cost

Location was a bit far from town.

A perfect example of Indian hospitality

Peaceful location, beautiful garden area, rooms are perfect, large bathroom and complimentary toiletries and water. You can have amazing fresh home-cooked food at any time. Most importantly, Jiji and his family are the friendliest people in all of Kerela, they will always go the the extra mile to help you with anything you need/want.

This place is just like home. This is because the family are so friendly. Jiji and Miriam, and the two girls Anita and Alina are so lovely . This was the first homestay we ever stayed in Kerala and it is definitely on our list to come back. It was an absolute pleasure. Jiji man, we love you. Miriam mam, we love you also, as we do the girls. Hope to see you again soon. Colin and Aoife Xxx
