Guests were pleased with the clean, modern one-bedroom apartment, friendly reception staff, and convenient location with free parking. The hotel offers a great breakfast selection and easy access to (Read More)nearby venues. However, some guests found the hotel to be dated and not the cleanest, with issues such as leaking showers and malfunctioning doors. More staff are needed at peak times, but overall, the hotel provides a satisfactory stay.

Very good

Good, not cheap.

Proximity to club, beach and supermarkets.

Good room, could do with a chopping board. I left a pair of shoes there and called AM after my checkout, still waiting to hear. My mistake, but new shoes and a check of lost property and a callback would be good. Otherwise very good. Cant control the weather.

Great place but could do with more staff as they seemed overwhelmed

Location is great and close to all shops ,cafes, restaurants,and beach

Late check in as room wasnt ready on time requested and bathroom supplies empty,minimal supplies in kitchen no tea towels ,oven mit,pot scrubber etc and had to ask several times before receiving any

Terrible towers

The service was terrible. We booked for 2 nights. When we got there, the room stunk like mould, the aircon was leaking water all over the floor and the sink. I have a newborn baby. I went downstairs to advise them and they said that I can get a full refund if I want as they can't change the rooms because the rest of the rooms were not cleaned as there is no cleaner. We had nowhere else to go as everything was booked out. They didn't even supply extra blankets. They gave me a broken cot for my baby to sleep in. They only had a sheet on the bed to sleep with. We had to keep the glass door open on the balcony to air out the room while we were sleeping. We kept it open all day and night. The person who told me I could get a full refund and leave was their assistant manager. I asked for the manager, and she wouldn't even come out and talk to me, nor did she call my room the next day to help us with the mould issue.

Will not stay here again.

Location Free parking

Was not value for money. Lack of info about directions within the complex. The pool is not big enough for 2 hotels. Leak in kitchen floor, had to mop up ourselves. Slow lifts. Slow check in. $200 unknown deposit. Need shade over bbqs

Greta views and location but left with a sore back and feeling like we really over paid.

the location and views were terrific. the lounge area was good and the proximity to Twin Towns Club was a benefit.

the bed was old, flat, hard and uncomfortable. the blankets were too small and ancient. the block out curtains were full of holes and stained. No welcome folder for the facilities or the use of the appliances. really hard to justify the cost of $400 per night at any time of the year
