I like that both the room and bathroom were clean. Same goes for the bedsheets. Very well located in Tapovan, close to shops, restaurants and Ganda river.

I wish I had received a towel.

Excellent host, clean rooms and great location

The location is great, with a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Tapovan. The room was nice and clean. Most importantly, the host is extremely helpful. It was our first stay in India so we had a lot of questions and had no idea how to get around, and he gladly answered all of them. It really made our stay much more comfortable. I would gladly recommend anyone to stay here.

I loved everything about Manik Guest house! The manager was extremely helpful in organising trips around the local sights, the guest house staff did an amazing job at keeping the place clean and tidy.

The shower was a bit temperamental, but over all not a big issue

The room was nice looking and clean. The AC and bathroom were working properly. Nice bed. The price is cheap so according to the price this was a good hostel.

We stayed the night at the weekend so in the night time there was a lot of noise, music, singing and talking from outside, so it was hard to fall asleep. That is not the hotel's fault of course as the noise is not coming from the hotel.

Stay didn't happen because we were denied entry even after having a confirmed booking.

The owner and his members misbehaved and were rude even with the kids and our driver. Even after being confirmed they did not entertain us. On being called repeatedly the owner didn't receive calls and when we met him after booking somewhere else he misbehaved and spoke rudely.

Owner was rude and misbehaved. Denied our booking with them and didn't let us in. We went through discomfort while with kids.
