Very good

Its a wonderful resort suitable for family with children. There are lots of recreational activities available like swim

The landscape and building design are excellent. Also, the service is really good.

Some rooms might have some damp smells.

Good

Breakfast variety is limited as the price paid for 5 stars facility. Room was not well maintained, the toilet didn't flush smoothly, yellow stain found on the wall

Overall its good and we really enjoyed our stay there

The location was fine the food is good but if there more choices it will be nice. Overall its good

The carpet in my room was not that clean, i found few clipping nails everywhere maybe from previous guests. And the private swimming pool maybe can be a little bit mire clean and also the tiles at the bench its slippery. I almost fell down few times. Maybe can brush it clean. Its only slippery at some area. And sorry to say, we stayed in a room that got mice. Its scared us. And also we dont feel good about the room before we found the mice. Maybe if you see a family come with a baby with small kids, maybe can try to not give room with a bad vibes. luckily we get to change the room when we report about the mice.

Friendly staffs. Lovely and calm environment. Outstanding activities. Great facilities.

But the choices/limitation of food on our breakfast not submission. Should me more variety. Buffet with much choice will be attractive. But the food served was yummy, I enjoyed it.

Excellent place if you need a getaway from the city life. Tranquility at its best!

Neat, clean and feels like in a nice forest like environment.

The restaurant needs to manage the flies. The free rental bicycles needs to be repaired/replaced.

Pretty disappointed but staffs' attitude and service as well as room are excellent!!!

The cleanliness and comfy of the room as well as friendly and helpful staffs. The taste of foods offered in room service is superb

No A la carte menu available for breakfast Have to pay for recreation activities where previously were included. Snacks and coffee (3 in 1) are not made available for guest but with charges.
