I wanted to live here

Best place I stayed so far. Theres a reason I book early and its to get a place like this. Everything was perfect. Location was central but tucked away on a super quiet street. Balcony watching sunset was great . Breakfast was very good with omelettes. Bed was incredibly comfortable with great pillows and sheets. Pool in late afternoon was so chill with tea and other snacks. Stay here,it really was the perfect place

Chilly pool, dead cockroach for 3 days in the bathroom without anyone removing it (left it there intentionally), many mosquitos in the room but no net available

Location, food, staff, facilities - excellent. What I didnt like, wouldnt stop me going again.

Beautiful oasis tucked away down a quiet street. Staff couldnt be friendlier. Walking distance to pub street, and lots of restaurants and spa facilities, but only $2 in tuk tuk if you didnt fancy walking. Food was exceptional. The fish rolls were awesome. Shame so expensive as would have eaten there more. Nice little gym and pool table. Rooms were huge, we stayed in a two bedroom suite and more than enough room for a family of 4.

Dogs continually barking throughout the night, take ear plugs. The noise of the school didnt bother me so much. I think it depends on the location of your villa. Expensive food. Fairly basic furniture in room, but wasnt an issue for us.

Very nice room, the breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit in the room every day, the room was very clean and clean. Nice swimming pool. Good internet connection. Small but functional fitness center. Very helpful staff

Very noisy (people with megaphones shouting all day and kids shouting in the school next to the hotel). Very expensive prices for the services offered in the hotel: lunch/dinner and spa services

Luxury close to Angkor Wat

The hotel is lovely The staff are very kind The rooms are large - ours had a kitchen, a breakfast bar, a large double bed and a separate low rise divan which you could sit on, and a nice bathroom with 2 types of powerful shower. The pool was lovely and modern and there was always a free sun lounger. There are massage options and they hotel can arrange trips. The hotel arranged 2 day trips for us via tuk tuk. Our driver was Ouk Sambo. He was very friendly and helpful, and safe. I recommend asking for him as he was great. As he took us on the trips we were passed by many drivers speeding or taking risks. Ouk Sambo took us at a pace that felt safe and meant we could take in the scenes on the road and country side. The first day trip with Ouk to Angkor Wat, then to the Tomb Raider temple Ta Prohm, and 1 other. We were exploring the temples for 1-2 hours each, and afterwards Ouk Sambo was waiting with ice water bottles and sented face wipes. The Second time he took us to 2 other temples - bakong temple which is great - and then to a floating village for sun set. I recommend taking a jumper for the ride home after sunset. The rest of the hotel staff were very helpful too. The airport has now moved and is 1 hour by car, the hotel arranged airport transfers and that also took the worry from any haggling or having to worry about money as they just added the airport charge to our bill and we didnt need local money on us to pay. We would stay here again.
