Mandarin Orienatl is the hotel where I am always stay when vists Dubai Unfortunately this time nothing well and hotel management did nothing to solve the problem! I meet with the terrible situation in this hotel TWICE, first time I forgave, because it was my favorite hotel in Dubai But hotel has changed, because of people who work there what happened the seocnd time is the cause I have never stay in this hotel again I triad to explain what happened to manager, but what the only she said is "I am sorry" She even didnt try to understand what happened and what the real cause Really, you are sorry? And that's all what you are going to say who is staying to your hotel 3-4 time per year? The worstest stay I have ever had

The attention to details and commitment to providing a unique experience was the highlight of my stay, i would specifically like to mention the beach service staff, both Silva and Muller were exceptional in making sure all our requests were met even before we asked! As always, the reception staff was incredibly friendly. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast selection was truly amazing, featuring top-notch products.

I'm on my third visit to this hotel, and it's my first time experiencing disappointment. The value for the money just doesn't seem to be there anymore. The staff's special attention that I used to appreciate seems to have dwindled. The service at the beach, pool, and during breakfast was rather average. Given the price you pay at the Mandarin, there are many better hotel options in Dubai. It pains me to express this sentiment.

Exceptional hotel and service in Dubai

Excellent service, large room and bed, fantastic breakfast, beautiful hotel, close to the beach, large pool area, great food and restaurants, close to airport.

A bit far from the Palm if you want to go out in the evenings. Was not a problem for us as we enjoyed the hotel amenities!
