Location

Rooms was a bit small, the rooms was overlooking the parking, no room service was done cleaning up the room after the first night stay, swimming pool is way too small.

Shower pressure is low ,, no sound isolation at all in the rooms ,, no early breakfast,, AC in room keep resetting its set point and the room gets colder ,,,

Overrated hotel

The location was convenient. The customer service peoples were professional and very friendly. The beds are comfortable. The rooms decor was exceptional. The bedding was very clean and smell fresh.

The floor is not even, we were not able to bring the luggage carrier to the room because of the stairs between rooms. The heater was very noisy and the thermostat wasn't working. The light and TV remotes were broken. The room wasn't isolated, I can hear the rooms beside. We were also bothered by half dozen kids who were racing in the corridor at 8 am in the morning. The bathroom was very small and no hangers available. The room was very small for 2 adults and 2 youths. The comforters makes a lot of noise. Also, the fridge was noisy because it was not inside a cabinet and higher than usual (on the counter level)

rooms are nice and wide and back view is nice too

i stayed 3 nights and would have appreciated that they clean my room and replenish my amenities in the bathroom too.. no one stepped into my room for 4 days. When i inquired about that at check out that told i just shouldve asked for anything missing.. but not when i come back from work late night! or at least they should hv told me about that at check in
