Nice place to stay, if you dont look for quality alcoholic beverages!

very friendly staff. nice vibe. good quality food at restaurant with very reasonable price. Massage service at spa was perfect.

pool beds was super dirty. should be washed sometime. Hygiene level at bar and restaurant was awful. group of guests from England brought covid and all hotel get infected, even staff. beds was full of bed bugs.

Loved it overall, would definitely go again!

It feels like you were surrounded by nature in the mountains and were swimming surrounded by it. The staff were very helpful as well and the grounds were very nice

The spa was alright but we have later had better Thai massages at other places and since the price was considerably higher than what you could get outside of a hotel it didnt necessarily work for us in terms of quality for money. The place was also surrounded by a pond of stale water with no vegetation which didnt necessarily improve the ambiance.

Great facility and hospitality. The rooms are clean and spacious, the view from the rooms are very nice Pools are clean and different types. Some of the are only for adults so very quiet

Only a few shuttles from the hotel to the beach was a bit inconvenient as it is about 20min walk from the main area of the beach.

Absolutely loved it and cant wait to come back again

Room, bed, gym, Thai restaurant, breakfast, private pool. All great facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Also nice to walk to a few local restaurants down the street too

Our room was very far up from the lobby. We didnt mind the walking but I could see that being a problem for people with limited mobility. It would help to give a walking map to ensure people know how to get around. Walking around the grounds can be a bit confusing (especially if you first arrive in the dark)

Great location, beautiful views, wonderful in room amenities and service, exceptional breakfast

A great resort to chill and swim. We made use of their pools (they have 5) quite a lot and loved every bit. Located on a hill, you'll have to climb up and down to come and go from your room or take their shuttles instead. Wonderful views from the room. Great comfort and luxury. The in-room dining is great too and priced reasonably. Exceptional breakfast spread including a ton of options for vegans/vegetarians. They are located close to the pristine Karon beach - the less crowded wonder vs Patong, loved it.

a piece of paradise close to a beautiful beach

We have the best impression of the hotel: magnificent well-kept grounds, the houses are buried in the jungle. It was always a pleasure to return to the hotel and to the room. The room and bathroom are spacious. Very comfortable bed, good sound insulation. We chose a room on the second floor - the view from the balcony was amazing: pool and sea. All five pools are very picturesque, when we swam in our pool there were coconuts hanging above our heads. When you walk around the territory of the resort, you get the feeling that there are no tourists, and only in the morning at breakfast you realize that the hotel is full. We liked the breakfast: dishes for all tastes, good choice, lots of fruits. There are two good restaurants, one is open all day, the second in the evenings. You can feel the care for the guests: there are bathrobes, beach slippers, a large rattan beach bag in the room, and a clothes dryer on the balcony. Beach towels are always available near the pools and in the lobby. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. At first it seemed to us that it was a bit far to walk to the sea and that we had to take public transport from the hotel. Then we got used to it and didnt experience any discomfort, sometimes we took public transport from the hotel, sometimes we walked. You can take it. tuk-tuk (200 baht).

I would recommend that transport from the hotel to the sea runs not four times a day, but more often. I think its still not convenient for tourists with small children and elderly people to get there

Would recommend to others and come back any time

All round great choice for anyone staying in Karon Beach. Highly recommend staying here if you have 4 + nights to enjoy the full experience. Would come back again.

Small issue so no real complaints, but the butter is not right (home made). They should just buy packet butter from overseas so it tastes like it should.
