Very good

Had a very short stay, but overall a nice property.

This hotel is a surprise at a location like Ranakpur. Excellent and beautifully architected property with a decent staff and service.

Rooms turned pretty cold at night and the quilt was not enough, plus no room heating. The path to the room were pretty dark at night with lights turned off.

Staff was excellent, service was excellent, breakfast was great - had a lot of different options. They also arranged for a bonfire for us in the night, no disturbance. This property is very good. Horse, camel, bullock cart rides were also arranged, clay pot making also was nice.

One of the rooms booked by us was very hot, they said that it is right above the kitchen so cannot do much about it and AC didn't work either, the staff tried a lot. We requested for change if room, but unfortunately, the resort was sold out during our stay. Staff was very helpful, but the AC could have been fixed. Word of advice - don't accept room above the kitchen area. Also, the location is too remote, if you are planning to stay in and not planning sight seeing, this is a perfect place. Not many options in dinner, buffet or al a carte.

Overall Resort Experience Good. Swings. Jhula on Trees great. Enjoyed.

Surrounding s Good. But Tarrif seems to be high when compared to prevailing Market And Covid Time. Was expecting lower Tarrif by 25 %. But your Main Chef personal Service and Hospitality was Excellent .He looked after our all food Taste and Requirement. Worth to be rewarded.

Room Service and House Keeping could have been better. Room Tariff high.
