There are easily better options in the city

Location is near old town

There are better 4 stars hotels in Warsaw, with more competetive prices. WC cleaning so poor Hai dryer low quality No recuperation system or its not working Freezing deposit in your credit card for your stay - ok, but not many places does that these days.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. Its prime location made exploring the area convenient. The property was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally courteous, enhancing the overall experience. My stay was further elevated by the exceptional breakfast offered at the hotel. Easy, stress-free and relaxing stay

We had an incredible stay. Mikita and Valeriia in particular were very helpful and accommodating with our questions before we arrived and the room upgrade was amazing. You all went above the call of duty to make our stay easy and relaxing. We will definitely be back soon!

Loved how the hotel was like a fortress- friendly staff

Lovely staff, we had a family room with a sofa bed - beware this sofa bed was hard and more for a kid than an adult Swimming pool was lovely- eating dinner at the restaurant was al le carte and expensive

Pleasant stay in a heart of Warsaw

Nice small hotel in a center of the city. Well decorated for X-mas, calm and clean. Caring and helpful personnel. Dog friendly. Cosy room, big and comfortable bed. Breakfast is reach and tasty, may be a bit too "international", with a limited touch or local quisinne tradition, but overall superb. Coffee is perfect. The hotel is highly recommended to stay in Warsaw and enjoy Polish traditional hospitality!!!

The staff were very nice and the room was available and ready at 11am. The room was also spacious and clean. We had a terrace but sadly didn't get the chance to enjoy it as it was raining.

The spa / pool was very small and with 4 people the space was already crowded.
