Nice hotel with nice rooms in a convenient location.

The room, the staff, location and food

The check out was at 12:00 and the access to the room was blocked at 11:52. I had to go down to the reception to reactivate it, which from the 9th floor, with an elevator that took a very long time to arrive, it created a discomfort. The house keeper on the floor refused to open the door, even though I could have confirmed that it was our room. Being with a toddler, this was even more disturbing.

Great room and great location in Prague! I would not hesitate to come back!

We really liked the location since it was close to the city center but far enough to be quieter! There are also great restaurants nearby! The pizza at the Mama Shelter restaurant was also amazing! We enjoyed our room as well because of the view and the large bed!

Some included options for breakfast could be nice but the location makes up for this weakness! I felt like the price was a little high considering the clientele the hotel targets but the quality of the hotel delivered to justify this price!

A total pleasure staying at Mama Shelter in Prague.

We loved everything, location, comfortable big and clean room. Didnt hear any noise, totally sound proof room. My children were do happy with the gaming facilities specially the pinball. We also enjoyed the free movies. A total pleasure staying at Mama Shelter in Prague.

Improvement on the pillows because it is too soft and offers no support on your neck.

Basic for a few days getaway

Rooms are fairly small and basic, however clean and sufficient for a few days away. Breakfast was good.

The restrooms at the lobby were not kept clean

Excellent breakfast menu, design of the hotel and room. Everything was sooo clean! We were so happy when we found small gifts on Christmas and on birthday :) We spent really nice time in the hotel and in restaurant on Christmas dinner.

Superb

Very good vibe of the hotel. the staff is friendly, nice, always smiling. The hotel offers a lot of fun games in the lobby, free of charge. We had 3 days with remote working - the wifi was in general great with some interruptions during the periods were the lobby was full. The food is good at the restaurant. We especially liked the view from the room. The lighting was cosy and deem but if you liked more light there was no possibility.

Just small details, nothing major. The location is not in a spectacular area, no many restaurants as alternative if you stayed more than 3 nights and get bored eating at the hotel restaurant. No wardrobe, few hangers and exposed clothes.
