Loved it, would stay there again!

Location, location, location! We opted for a Club Deluxe room - it was fabulous, like a suite! We overlooked the York city walls, the bathroom was amazing with bath, walk in shower, huge sink & separate toilet. Coffee machine, kettle etc, iron & ironing board. We loved the bar too - fabulous staff all round! We opted for the eco clean - so no cleaners in for our stay - we were happy with that and you get a 7.50 voucher per person per night for a drink in the bar as a thank you. We could also get extra teabags etc from reception - in fact they delivered them to us!

Nothing really - we had a problem with the Nespresso coffee machine (it was leaking water), so another one was brought to us.

The main reason we booked was for the sky bar which was closed? This should have been stated also a yellow patch on the

Hotel is very modern and close to the centre.

Great location and staff - but able to check in before 15.00 or fill in any details so a queue at 15

New Years Eve - unfortunately parties continued in other guests rooms leading to doors slamming for hours and extremely noisy outside the room Resulting in no sleep at all which impacted on next day

Lovely breakfast and dining area

The room was ridiculers all set out wrong. open plan bathroom all wrong terrible no bed set drawers not much room to put your clothes in cupboard. It felt like it was all cramp in. Roof top terries bar was shut did not get to see that as well

Good but disappointing at the end

Good location for what we needed

Im still waiting on my credit back from the manger of the hotel. Which was promised. I was have drinks down stairs with friends had my card behind reception for any charges. Went to pay the bill and told me there was no card on room, very embarrassing with friends, had to leave them and go to the room to get my card.my friends pick up the tab very embarrassed.everything was put to the room before. Got charged for breakfast as well when this was included still no refund for that.
