Breakfast was lovely and location was very good. Dinner was a disaster from start to finish and also the entertainment on New Years Eve was cancelled due to the company in the hotel.

We had dinner booked for 7:30 we got thrown menus to us at the table were not asked if we wanted a drink waited for 30 mins for someone to take a order we complained and a manager gave us a free bottle of wine as a apology but our dinner took us over 2:5 hours to eat and we were the only ones in the restaurant with a another table we couldnt enjoy new year eve celebrations as there was no entertainment as there was so many large families in the hotel and security was high at the door. We ended up going to our room two nights in a row because of the company we spend well over 850 for 3 nights in your hotel and it definitely was not worth it at all. Will not be returning again as it was not suitable for a relaxing few days for my family its a shame really as its very central and was definitely not worth the money we spend.

Overall facilities were great, kids had great time. They loved club Vitae.

We booked a family room for 4 including 2 adults and 2 children, but when we checked in, we were told at the desk that it is only booked for 2 Adults, no booking for the kids, weired. Don't know whose fault is this. Receptionist said to complaint thia to booking.com, as this happens very often on thia portal. But we had never experienced any such thing in tbe past as we mostly book with booking.com.

Selection of food available at breakfast was good.

Pool changing rooms could have been cleaner, floors were very wet/dirty not mopped. There was an influencer staying during our stay also and got robes and added extras in their room. This doesnt come as standard and feel like this should be noted in the paid advertisement!

I had to change the room because the bathroom has 5 hairs like pubic hair type and 2 hairs on the duvet cover Another room just on the back of the lifts was given to me , the lifts drove me crazy till late night
