My stay was amazing! The entertainment and access to the beach and pool areas was great!

The accomodations and staff were amazing. The grounds were kept clean and I felt safe at all times.

Large pools, accessible bars, variety of food options. High quality entertainment and shows every night at the theatre. Friendly staff.

Poor English speakers. Inconsistent/late timing in cleaning rooms (when most people usually rest). The affiliated pickup company (GoMajestic) showed up with more than half an hour delay at the airport and only arrived thanks to a different but very kind tour operator who made himself available to assist us since we were not receiving response when calling the given numbers.

Im a wheelchair user and all areas are not accessible. Good thing my husband can still lift me when needed.

Food in the main dining hall was great! Lots of choices to pick from. Entertaining was great, as well!

The room was decent---broken cabinets; no chair in the room; USB plugs/sockets did not work; iron did not work (took an hour to get one). I think the room is for staff members staying over.

It was our fourth time at Majestic Colonial.

The friendly and professional staff. Starting with Jorge at the front desk. He changed our room accommodations so it worked out better for the kids. He is a great employee, I wish we had more like him.
