Pratyum, a restaurant staff member, was excellent ,taking care and being attentive to what we wanted.Keep up the good work Pratyum.

No wifi in the room it's only available at public area, not the value for money.Old room lacking cleanliness. The panoramic sea view room is dangerous due to its staircase, where I had a fall , got badly injured. Staffs including managers, badly require training.

Beautiful with the best and most friendly staff.

Everything, the hotel is beautiful. Pool and beach side by side, had beach to ourselves most days but best thing about Maalu Maalu is the staff. We took our 19 month old daughter and honestly they couldnt have done more for us, unfortunately I didnt get all there names but everything staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and I couldnt recommend this place enough.
