Great first time to Dharavandhoo and the Maldives. Excited to return to this very special place where people are happily

The staff at any property make our stay good or bad. This was such an excellent staff who worked together to make our visit a joy! No request was impossible and we felt pampered beyond our expectations. Being met at the airport by Sumesh at night was a great start. The head waiter Biraj was so welcoming and did a great job of advising us of ingredients in the food as we have a strict vegetarian diet. The chef made us fresh oatmeal every morning and accommodated special requests easily. He even made us cake with our eggs! Food is important so we have great appreciation for all of them. Boat rides out to see rays and colorful reefs were a treat and affordable. One of the kind owners was our guide and pointed out rays, sharks, octopuses and things we might have missed without him. Our last night Biraj traced a large heart in the sand by the water and they lined it with candles. Our dinner table was placed inside the heart. It was so thoughtful and the whole staff was so friendly and attentive! We felt like were were at a fancy resort being treated like royalty by men who enjoyed their work and did it lovingly. I could go on and on but you have to go have your own experience with this special place. I know well be back again.

Great and easy communication with Sumesh before arrival and during our stay. He arranged our transfers and communicated with our next stay to make everything smooth and hastlefree for us. The hotel was a group whatsapp for excursions. The room is comfy, big bed, nice shower (not always hot though), good ac. Bed was beautifully decorated because of our honeymoon. The hotel was free water/coffee/tea.

Food wasnt great. Breakfast was a small option buffet with especially sweet cakes. Omelette to your taste is possible. Main courses where very cheese/fatty. The hotel offers sunbeds on bikini beach which is really nice. But there arent any cushions. You can use old yoga mats.

Wonderful stay!!!Everyone was happy!!!

Amazing place, amazing people!!! Exceptional level of hospitality-we felt traeted as close family members!!! Delicious food, beach was located few steps from the room door :-) with very nice coral reef. 15 points out of 10!!! Many thanks to the entire team!!! Well done guys, keep it up!!! I'll definitely come back here!!!

Great location, but poor quality breakfast & juice.

Location to the beach, snorkeling equipment available for hire. There was a WhatsApp group to receive information on excursion & trips. Free airport pick up. Meals can be served on the beach under candlelight. Pancakes & maple syrup when available.

Blocked shower flooding bathroom when used, No working TV for all rooms as they don't pay for satellite TV (it was raining for 3 days). Breakfast is the biggest disappointment, poor quality, mostly cold, very little fresh fruit, juice is just diluted squash, mostly just dry cake. Bed sheets are not changed regularly enough.

Perfect! Wonderful staff, wonderful place!

The LVIS hotel is right at the bikini beach, it is a wonderful location. You can use the hotel's sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful beach and the view. In the morning and afternoon dolphins pass by. Apart from the wonderful location the service is extraordinary: The whole staff is absolutely friendly, kind, helpful and lovely. We were picked up from the airport and then brought to the hotel where we were welcomed with a watermelon juice. The hotel also offers great services for activities. Everyday there are water-related activities, especially snorkelling at Hanifaru Bay. There is a WhatsApp group which informs you about the activities offered the next day, so you are always updated and you can easily book the activity. The rooms are nice and have everything you need. My friends and I highly recommend LVIS, I'm sure it was not our last time there. Thanks again for making our stay absolutely wonderful. We are missing you!

Nice and funny staff. They are very helpful and welcoming during our stay. Surprised candle light dinner arranged by the staff.

We did an upgrade from budget room to deluxe room which we enjoyed the deluxe room more.

The stay was everything we had expected. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and extremely dedicated to providing a good visit. The private beach was just a few steps away, and you get some amazing sunsets and stars. The island is popular for diving and snorkeling, but it is also perfect to just get away from eveything and relax. The food was excellent! Many thanks to Lishaan and Vishaam who so kindly made sure our was a good experience

Best place to see the great Manta Rays

The rooms have a good size and are equipped with everything you need: enough storage space, hairdrier, fridge, safe, etc. We could sleep very well in the bed and the AC provided a much needed cool air. The rooms get a quick clean every morning. There are lots of different possibilities to chill in the garden and on the beach which is directly in front of the hotel building. The island does not offer many places to eat, but fortunately the food provided by the hotel kitchen is cheap and tastes very good. They even managed to provide something different for the dinner every day on our 7 days stay. The tours provided are OK, with the Mantas snorkeling tour being the main one that is done every time there is a possibility to see these cool animals. Unfortunately most of the tours are very weather dependent and get canceled pretty often. The hotel reef is great, filled with hundreds of different fishes. Flying foxes flying around on the island are another cool animals you can spot.

The internet was very slow. After a small sandy part, the entrance to the water is filled with stones and dead corals so it is best to have shoes on. The island does not offer many activities, so if you are not snorkeling or diving it is not much else to do.
