The Villa was Clean and new property.. well maintained.. enough parking space .. has cooking area .. rooms are tidy .. Raman from the facility incharge was helpful. Near to Guruvayoor Temple.

Very memorable stay in a welcoming atmosphere

The Villa is very clean and it is located closer to the temple. The host is very accommodating and so is the caretaker. We stayed there for just a night with my parents and relatives. Everyone equally enjoyed it. There is really nothing bad I can say about the Villa or the stay. I would love to come back again.

The last stretch of road (100 yards or so) leading to the Villa was damaged. It was being worked at by the telephone department to lay new cables. Hopefully when I come next, the road will be better. This was more an inconvenience.

Serene isolated location, great stay.

1. Clean place - the two rooms (out of four or five in villa) in the ground floor we had access to, were clean and comfortable. 2. Clean washrooms - the washrooms were neat and hot water was available 24/7 3. Washing machine - you can use it and works well 4. Serenity - the villa is located in serene location and rest of villas adjoining the property are locked / not occupied. Gives a calm and wonderful off-the-grid feeling. 5. Great host - the host is very helpful and arranged for everything, including local transportation on our request. Always available on whatsapp and have a local representative to support your needs.

1. You only get one or two rooms of the villa depending on number of people, not the whole property! The rest of rooms are locked. If you are 8 to 10 people then you may get access to whole villa. Never knew this while booking. You cannot have a villa experience feel - so avoid this property / book two rooms in any regular hotel instead. 2. No TV. Small kids will be bored to death in this place. 3. Poor WiFi coverage - except the hall, you dont get good WiFi coverage in any rooms. 4. No shops around / isolated location - this is located very deep inside narrow lanes in cluster of villas. You have nothing outside and need to walk literally 600 or 800 meters to reach main road for any shops. So without a car, you are in tough luck. 5. There can be better options just near the temple if you explore. If you are traveling in large group then go for this. If you are traveling with kids or just a family of four, you can explore more options near the temple.

A great place to stay when you visit Guruvayur !

The villa was well prepared for our arrival; and the caretaker was mot friendly. The owner also later connected with us, which was a big plus. Some minor things need to be sorted out - doors not closing completely, a stronger WIFI connection; some basic stuff like tea / coffee / milk / drinking water etc can be made complementary.... Other than these small things - an excellent experience !
