Very good

great location spacious rooms but the rooms are outdated they need to renovate the rooms.

I liked the location, the room size, lobby, the grounds are nice.

The rooms are a little old , needs renovation, the bathrooms also are old the carpeting in the rooms and hallways are old.

Could use a makeover

Staff was friendly. The valets were awesome. Breakfast at the restaurant the next day was really good. The room was clean. The bathroom was modernized.

The room, the carpet, the furnishings were dated. The room was so large that it didnt feel cozy. It felt more like a studio apartment but not a stylish one. Better lighting in the bathroom would be good, especially for putting on makeup (I am female and often find this lacking. In many hotels. The best ones always have amazing lighting.). The carpeting was stained in places. Overall, the hallway where my room was located felt as if it was waiting for a renovation.

Hotel is old and ran down. Badly in need of remodeling.

Poor maintenance in the property. The property has been updated for so long, it's quite depressing.

Poor

I liked the design of the hotel. Good mid century bones. My room felt like a rundown motel room.

My room 417 was rundown and smelled of urine. The carpet was dirty and the drawers old and sticky. There were a couple of silverfish fish moth in the bathroom. I was compensated $60 plus dollars for room taxes. I was so very disappointed with my stay. Not a 4 star hotel at all.

Nice stay

Very quiet spacious room with a comfortable bed. Great location to explore LA. The staff at the desk was very helpful and gave us some tips and directions when visiting the city.
