Wouldnt stay again wouldnt recommend to freinds

Friendly staff - happy to help but always after being asked - and too many things that needed to be asked for..

Uncomfortable, not clean ( pool and rooms ) staff not attentive or well prepared. Rooms poorly designed let all the wildlife in, did not provide pillows or door locks until asked, burnt out mosquito plugs.. list goes on..

villa is large and the location is fantastic - villa is located on the quite street close to the center of Ubud with many restraints in a walking distance. Staff was very friendly and supportive

we had issue with water (no water) which was fixed only at the end of day one of our stay at villa

A memorable stay. Will definitely come again once the property refurbish their furnishings.

The villa is so spacious and big. All the staffs are friendly. I love the cozy ambiance and its so beautiful!

The furnitures were a bit run down. In serious need for a refurbish. Some of the spaces in the villa were not cleaned enough, especially the bathroom.

Beautiful Villa

Stunning property, so much better than what we expected upon arrival. The villas were beautiful, aswell as the garden/pool areas. Very aesthetically pleasing, a real relaxing Bali vibe. I was also really impressed with the communal areas & facilities that were on offer (spa treatments, room service, transport, activities.. all of which I didnt expect). The staff were never short in numbers & extremely helpful. Is really recommend this place.

Only downfall was the noise on a night, if youre a light sleeper may be a little bit of an issue. We were informed of construction work close by during the day which wasnt an issue. However, we were in one of the 3 bed villas which was at the end of the estate, so on the other side of the wall of our villa was not part of Luwak estate & the villa/house there had dogs which barked alllll through the night :( not Luwak Estates fault but very annoying.

Great villa in Ubud, perfect for a group

Great size villa and aesthetic, lovely pool. All the rooms are large and have good facilities. The spa was great, I had a flower bath in my room which was Beautiful. The food from the restaurant was lovely and we had it in our villa which was great.

The Wi-Fi was quite bad and electricity dropped a few times

The staff were helpful, cordial and assisted quickly with anything we needed.

The location is right on a main road in Ubud and was very loud all hours of the night. It was hard getting decent sleep. There were a few minor items around the Villa that were either broken or not functioning correctly, such as the bathroom door that wouldnt close all the way and let mosquitos inside. For the price, there are more comfortable and quiet locations nearby.

Superb

Luwak Estate is a beautiful, traditional Hotel surrounded by stunning nature. The Hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of food, which was always delicious and presented nicely. The staff is extremely friendly, always available and happy to help. We are looking forward to visit Luwak Estate again in the future.
