Location fantastic, not very comfortable beds .. could improve with the cleaning of bathroom and fridge..

Location and internet, and peaceful area .. considering its so close to manly

The bathroom and fridge were not clean .. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to point of sleepless nights .. paid parking was a joke .. and the reception on arrival was very dismissive and not helpful at all ..

Great location

There was no AC in the main lounge room with the sofa bed, and the other AC unit in the bedroom was so weak it was completely ineffective. This meant we had to open 2 windows (the others are painted shut) and subsequently we got woken up at 3am on both nights by the drunken English backpackers below us. Whilst nicely renovated inside, these are old cheap units and packed far too close together with paper thin ceilings & walls.to pay this much in 2023 with no AC is unacceptable and we wont be recommending this to others ..

I would not book again.

The apartment is old and needs to be renovated for the price charged. I could not sleep on the Friday and Saturday night due to loud music and people speaking loudly around the complex. It is not a quiet spot. People party until early hours of the morning. The couch was stained and really needs to be replaced.

Horrible and unless you want to catch something stay home

It was filthy dirty. Horrible stains (blood and other) all over rug, lounge and pillows! Fridge hadnt been cleaned. Excessive Mold in bathroom and shower and hair and dust through out. Not sure base of toilet had ever been cleaned. I have been into Public toilets cleaner than this. We paid for 2 nights and it ruined our weekend away. We went home early and requested a refund of the second night. I couldnt believe I left my clean home and paid over $350 a night for such unhygienic filth. Staff and management were hardly surprised when I phoned in the morning and I needed to prove it with photos to have it refunded by management. When I checked out and I expressed my disappointment staffs response was they would look into it. Wow! No offer to compensate for the first night or the fact they ruined our first weekend away all year. Unfortunately accommodation in Manly is limited and their advert is misleading. As desperate as you are, stay home or go elsewhere. It truly was horrible. The apartment has no atmosphere and located in a block of apartments where you could all but hear the people in the room next door breathe. I am a long term member of booking.com and have travelled all Over the world using this site but this was just something out of the ordinary and needs to be reviewed.

It was a nice stay just and we were comfortable, the apartment just need a little more attention.

We liked being upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and it was a nice place to stay. Staff were friendly at reception. Happy we were able to check in earlier and stay a little later in the morning.

The bathroom floor and mirror could have been cleaner and the toiletries restocked. The kitchen floor and under the bench and stools area were very dusty and there was a lot of hair. On opening the front door there was a musty smell, just needed a good air out.
