Awful.

Not a lot. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed for 1 as the accommodation was poor quality and dirty. Significantly below standard considering the price.

Ripped curtains, see through curtains, no aircon in bedrooms (misleading advertisement), dirty floors especially in the bathroom around the toilet, dirty windows, paper thin walls so could hear screaming neighbours, stains on chairs. After we complained and said we were leaving to go elsewhere, the host took the remaining payment (then lied and said they took it the day before) and then came to the room to say they couldnt see any issues after we had pointed everything out.

Superb

Comfortable Apartment Manly.

The property is located 2 streets away from the beach (about 150 meters) and only around 10-15 minute walk to the Manly Corso. the property was clean, spacious bright and very comfortable. It contained 2 bedrooms and was comfortable for us (4 adults and 2 children). The kitchen was large and well-appointed with full size fridge, oven, cook top and microwave. laundry facilities were also available in the unit.

Parking was limited, but there were many options including a property next door and across the street.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WITHOUT READING THIS REVIEW FIRST.

The customer service was awful, the receptionist was totally disrespectful and rude. I arrived at 2 pm and they made me wait for 2 hours to check in because the apartment was still being cleaned. I booked and paid AU$20 per day to have a parking space and there were no safe places to park, they said to park on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment was disgustingly dirty, so much dirt and sand on the floor that I'm pretty sure the apartment hasn't even been vacuumed and mopped. Dirty kitchen, there was leftover food in the sink drain, completely greasy oven and microwave, impossible to use. There was an old pizza inside the microwave, probably forgotten by previous guests. There was no dishcloth, tea towel and rubbish bag, the dishwashing sponge was used and stinking. The apartment has no window screens and no fire alarm. The bathroom lock is broken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this apartment or any other accommodation managed by Lotus Stay to anyone.

Great location, just what I was looking for

Great location, a very short walk to the beach. Easy access to food, transportation, and shops. Nice little balcony.

I have no complaints! I went there to shower and sleep, and it would've been fine to spend more time there.

Very good

A really good place to stay, spacious, fresh and close to the beach!

We really enjoyed this accomodation! Close to the beach and a good spacious standard inside. The staff were very friendly and helped us with our heavy bags! The beds were very comfortable and the linen was nice.

There wasnt that much plates, bowls and cutlery.

very disappointed with the state of the unit, for the price we paid it was terribly over priced

the lack of maintenance and upkeep of the unit and the unit block . their was a constant smell of dampness and all the windows were covered in mould . the curtains were not blockout at all very thin, the bathroom lock did not work .
