Great location, good value for money

Location is fabulous, just a few minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants. Great value for money.

The staff is very nice but the place could do with a little bit of additional care.

Overall I give 8/10.

Location is in a beautiful place near 4/5 minutes walk from Benaulim beach.

Staff should be more cautious about supplying toiletries and tea/ coffee etc.

Good.

The cleanliness is good. Rooms are big.

The restaurant staff was hesitating to help in anyway. They would not help the children take the breakfast from buffet. Very rigid and not ready to help.

It was once a good place to stay not anymore.

Breakfast is decent, not a full spread but few good options everyday.

The location was good. Resort is very near to beach and is also part of community.

The staff was very rude. They weren't helpful at all. The rooms need a lot of maintenance work.

Disappointing

Not to my liking...

The breakfast was nice and location was close to the beach

The shower curtain was filthy, the sheets were stained and the air con made far too much noise to use... The staff seemed indifferent. The room (ground floor) was veey noisy. The pool was down the street. It felt too much like a gated residential block than a hotel...

Waste of money

The location is good as it was close to the beach & also the exterior look of the resort is beautiful

The staff were not at all welcoming and very harsh. They never came to clean the room over 3 days we stayed. Also, the breakfast was rubbish. Complete waste of money.
