Great location and access to downtown.

Excellent location downtown. Easy access to shopping, Millennium Park, and the L.

Left out some Christmas gifts as we were gathering our luggage to check out and housekeeping staff had them collected to clean up in the 30 seconds we were in the room conversing. No one knocked to check and grateful we opened the door to catch/stop them. Do not recommend leaving *anything* outside your room for any amount of time.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful and comfortable room, lousy coffee station

Loved my room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic river view. Overall the hotel was modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean. I definitely appreciated the smart elevators, which were highly efficientno long waits, even at peak hours.

I really enjoy having my morning coffee in bed its a simple pleasure and its how I like to start my day. I filled out the room service breakfast menu and left it on my outside door handle around 10 pm. I expected my coffee between 7 and 7:30 AM, but it never arrived. Turns out my menu was not collected. No big deal, mistakes happen. I went to the coffee station in the room, only to find that a) it was not fully stocked and b) there was no half & half for the coffee, only powdered creamer. Disgusting, cheap, nasty, chemical-tasting stuff. At that point I was thoroughly annoyed with London House and went elsewhere for my coffee and breakfast. I am really surprised that such a lovely hotel would have a chintzy coffee station. That is *not* the place to economize. I am quite sure Im not the only person who likes a decent cup of coffee in my room, and it should not be too much to expect.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location but a bit pricey for the actual stay.

Prime location!!! Literally so close to everything. The architecture and history of the building itself is also amazing. Beautiful hotel, views, and some good amenities.

Rooms are a bit worn out, especially if you look at the carpeting. We had a corner Studio/Suite and it was great but nothing extraordinary for the price. Water pressure not the best and would sometimes stop if other floors were turning it on.

Great location with nice view, below average quality of service in restaurants

Great location

Hotel staff especially those in charge of the breakfast restaurant at the ground floor. Didnt save any effort to show that they hate their job and not welcoming guests. It is disappointing that this feedback was consistent across different staff members.
