Great value for money, I'll definitely come back

Great location, close to everything important in the historic central area, Anzures, Polanco, Condesa and Roma. Very comfortable place, all the amenities in the room made us feel at home. I definitely recommend this place and I would like to come back next time I'll visit CDMX.

I bit noisy in the early morning, but nothing terrible.

Superb

Fantastic base for visiting CDMX

A fantastic place when visiting Mexico City (CDMX) for several days. The rooms are very large. The staff at the front desk and very helpful. The location is very convenient in terms of accessibility to major sights such as the Museum of Anthropology and History and Chapultepec Castle, public transportation (metro and bus lines), and the many excellent restaurants in Polanco. The neighborhood is safe, so no concerns about being out day or night.

The shower is a bit tricky: from freezing cold to scalding hot. It takes a while to find the right setting. Several steps up to the street entrance, which can be a challenge with a heavy suitcase.

Comfortable and useful room that is nicely located.

The check in was available 24 hours which is great. The room was huge and included a useful kitchen, which was great to make myself a breakfast when leaving early before the hotel's breakfast was available. The bed was huge and comfortable.

The breakfast was just ok, and many times some things were missing, such as spoons or cups. I could not find the control to the room's A/C, so I could not heat it up when cold.

Superb

Perfect, Calm and Serene

The location is the most significant advantage for business travellers. The breakfast spread was good - and of good quality. Based on my request, the hotel staff ensured that Pork Lard was not used. The room, and kitchen facilities were good. The laundry service price was very reasonable and fast. Excellent and supportive reception staff. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning up the mess I created daily when leaving in a hurry.

For this price - I'd expect a better Gym and may be a Pool if that's not too much to ask :) The gym was seriously under-equipped and small.
