Amazing prison in a little island near metros. The breakfast was the best, but the room and bathroom have also very good facilities, location, view. Very nice place.

It was a very nice stay and we will come back for sure.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the historic charm of the building. The staff was exceptional friendly and keen on helping in every regard. Also nice was the typical Swedish Christmas decoration in every room and the breakfast area.

The pathway to the hotel was not cleared from ice so it was difficult to walk there without falling. Especially on the days of arrival and departure, when you had to walk with your baggage, it could be quite challenging.

This hotel is so geeky, strange to imagine prison life there but fantastic experience. Lots of artwork and interesting decor, spaces to sit and relax as well as very comfortable rooms

Very good

An unusual place on a very green island that truly gives you the feeling of being far away from everything. I really loved my short stay. The island is fairly well-connected to the city center with two buses that pass very frequently, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Around the hotel, it's very quiet, and beautiful walks can be done. Pros: Unique location (former prison) Quiet and green island Nice breakfast 24/7 service

Cons: Very small room Rooms poorly insulated, and during cold weather, it can be felt quickly Unable to adjust the heating

Customer service was lazy.

Breakfast was wonderful.

Rooms are very small which is understandable though (it's an old jail). The staff was rather arrogant and didn't bother too much to help us. The young man behind the counter gave vague instructions and we had to eventually work out everything ourselves. We totally missed the museum and tours as we figured out the opportunity too late.

Superb

A memorable & atmospheric hotel, really wonderful!

I liked the building, it's history, atmosphere, the exposition about Isaac Grunewald (although a pity the info was not in Egnlish!). Did not have time to visit the museum unfortunately.

The very cozy bar could be open a bit later ;) only thing I really misses was good coffee (espresso, cappuccino etc), willing to pay extra for it!
