Whilst I have stayed many times the new bars nearby have meant I will not stay again until the music stops no later than

Reception staff were courteous and very helpful. Especially the lady who sits on the right side as I look at the counter.

The front foot pathway from the road is very poor & a dangerous trip hazard. Ive stayed in 5 different rooms during the last 2 months & not one of the shower doors closed properly. Plus in room 1818 the shower door towel rail is on the wrong side of the door & is damaging the wall. Plus you ran out of breakfast cereal muesli with no replacement.
