Right by the beach & friendly staff but you wont get a good sleep

The staff are very friendly and do a good job. House keeping also did a great job the room was spotless and you can really tell when they had been. Beach towels were provided and replaced which was really helpful. The room was very big and nice decor. Wifi was fast. You are right next to the beach. Kindly gifted sweet treats on Christmas. Easy for taxis to find location.

I would recommend requesting a room that is completely separate (not like 103). I could literally hear everything from the room next door. It was an invasion of both of our privacies. It clearly is usually a room they give people who want to joined rooms as there was a door with a sliding door locked to enter the next room. I could see the light from next door shining in to my room and Im sure they could do the same through the bottom of the door (photo attached). If I was going here with a partner Id feel very uncomfortable. Every single night I was woken up by the talking. This isnt next doors fault they are entitled to speak in their room its the facilities. One night I did have to complain as next door were drunk singing at the top of our lungs and blasting music. The staff were helpful in resolving this but to emphasise how thin walls are I could hear the phone ring when reception called them to be quiet both times. I think for the price I paid I was irritated that I was given a room that is clearly meant to be shared with next door. Also you hear everything from the outside. 2am & 4am where usual times I was woken up by the tuk tuks blasting music and then woken up in the morning early by the music played at the bar. I think management should sleep in room 103 for and see how you can hear everything from next door. When I spoke on the phone to family and friends I felt I could not have a proper conversation as assumed next door could hear me like I could hear them. Wasnt a nice feeling when spending Christmas at the location.

Superb

Cozy beachfront escape

The location is very good at the other end of Patong Beach before Amari ramp. It is good for families and anyone who doesn't like living in the middle of the Bangla scene in patong. But still if you want to go there it's about 15 min walk or so. It is walking distance from 7 eleven and Malin Plaza. It has a nice pool. The sea is directly in front of you. Room size was good as well. And it had a balcony. The staff were very friendly even though the first time I spoke with them I was tired and angry, but they treated me professionally and tried to help with everything within their power.

For my brother, he is a gym addict and wished if they had even a small gym room. But there is a big gym within walking distance as well. Also, when the ac is on, especially at evening time there is weed smell in the room. Which, wasn't comfortable for the family. I am not sure where it seeps in from. But the staff tried to help and use a diffuser machine to keep the room smelling normal. It wasn't a bulletproof solution but it helped and showed their willingness to help and I appreciate that.

A comfortable stay

The hotel had a large room, sea view and didn't seem too busy so it was relaxing. The pool was nice and cool which was welcome in the heat. Staff were friendly too and the cold towel and welcome drink were nice.

The food wasn't great quality especially the chicken cashew nut probably the worst I've ever had.

Exceptional

A most enjoyable time was had and I will be returning soon.

Excellent customer service. Room was spacious and clean, Nick and his team re as on couldnt go enough to help. A most enjoyable stay

The only thing I would say is the bar was being renovated during our stay so it was not completely functional! On the flip side the current bar looked perfectly fine, so I can only say that it just goes to show the commitment to making the hotel a great place to stay.

Very good

The location was nice for us, because the hotel is located almost at the end of Patong's coastal road, meaning things are more peaceful. All staff were very friendly and kind and willing to provide any information needed. Even those who were not fluent in English, always tried to chat with us with a smile, making our staya bit more pleasant. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, however didn't have the chance to try it, because we prefered wandering in different areas. The room was very comfortable. The sea view was also nice and calming, speially during the sunset. Also, a deposit is required during the check in (If remember correctly it was 2000 Baht), so have some cash ready for it.

I will try to be fair here. The hotel cannot be "judged" based only on my criteria, without taking in consideration what the standards are in Phuket and more specifically in Patong. Common areas (eg corridors) could be more thorougly cleaned. Also there were signs of mold in the room, mostly due to humidity in Phuket, which is common. I ought to say that we mentioned that to the reception and they removed all of it, so at least they reacted immediately and that's appreciated.

Great location! Walkable distance to popular places.

For a 4 star hotel, bathroom amenities could be upgraded. There were shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner and 2 quarter sized bar soap. Towels were old and faded.
