Staff was the rudest ever. The location of the property was not easily reachable. They charged extra for everything, basically trying to rip us off. They should just leave the hospitality business.

We stayed there two nights... It's was a wonderful stay with Lime light resorts... Staffs are friendly and helpful... The receptionist Munna Brother was so kind and attentive... He fulfilled all our needs while staying... He made our stay wonderful and more comfortable... Thank you so much for the awesome stay Lime Light and I really enjoyed it

Nothing. Accessibility from main road is an issue.

Service is very poor. Staffs are rude. No restaurant available in hotel and also nearby. Very steep road to reach the hotel and also only one vehicle can pass at a time.

I do not want to sound anymore negative (in expressing the truth) about the stay

Not sure if I can write anything at all in here

One of the dirties properties we have stayed in. The walls were dirty, the quilts were not washed, bed bugs and mould in the bathroom. To top it all, the property is managed by a person in-charge or a manager who does not respond to talks and never held a conversation. We had booked for two nights and on the first night we arrived late. Checked in and was immediately taken aback by the state of the property. We looked for another place to stay and being a Saturday night, we could not find another hotel. We checked out the next morning (no refund or even any sorry from the manager or the landlord of the property) and had to pay for another hotel which worked out to be 100000 times better. I do not think, these guys would even consider feedback and I am for one who do not usually post negative feedbacks, but the state of the property and the attitude and the concern that I do not want another traveller to have a similar bad experience is why I am here writing this feedback All communications were good initially when I had transfer some deposit and paid the remaining amount on the day of arrival by bank transfer just during the check-in process. Once we found that the property was not in a state to let out to the public and even charge them, I messaged the landlord of the property and no responses although he has read the messages on WhatsApp

The way to this resort is a deep slope and it was quite difficult for us.

The location blew our mind away, we are still here , if you are in munnar and not staying in this hotel..it's your loss, the acess road goes through a tea state and driving on it is a adventure on its own, you can hike to a 1 hr trail and reach a waterfall nearby..when you have got nothing else to do then let Vijay treat you to some delicious meals.. even if I nit pick there is nothing to dislike about this place, even the wifi speed is surprisingly good for a location like this.
