Good location, good sized rooms but dinner sub-standard

Rooftop pool was good, although music too loud and distorted at night

Vegetarian options at the restaurant were very poor, I had chips for dinner as there was virtually nothing else. Also it forever for the drinks to come

Exceptional

Everything. It was a very pleasant experience for us as first time travellers to Vietnam. Special shout out for the excellent concierge supervisor Nguyen Quang Thanh, always smiling and ever present for any need.

The menu in the main restaurant was rather limited
