Great service ane location, and very nice people

Great place, just next to the monumenta. They rent bikes and food is amazing. The owners are super nice and helped me with everything, i'd recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Anarudhapura!!!

Very peaceful stay

Beautiful and peaceful place with a nice garden. The owner (Lievi himself) and all the staff are extremely nice and every helpful with anything, they will guide you with a map in the temples. The temple site is very close from the house. The room was super clean and we slept very well. There are fan and A/C. And none the less, breakfast and diner are absolutely delicious !!

Accommodation has very good location and there is nice garden. Owner welcomes you with cold drink. In the property is perfect internet so I could work. They rent bicycles. There is possibility to store your luggage.

AC was very noisy in my room. It was my first place in Sri Lanka and I pay the highest price for Rice and curry during whole month in this accommodation. There are much cheaper and better places where to eat local food in the city. There is also some service fee which I didnt know about before. For some reason both of the owners didnt provide correct information about opening hours of Acient city. They said it is open at 8.30 but in reality it is open at 7.30. I guess they know the real time. I needed to go as early as possible so it was little bit surprised for me at the gate when I noticed it was already open one hour.

Disappointing

Helpful host, lots of creatures in the room

The host is very kind and helped us booking a safari tour and trip to Mihintale. He came along with the safari and prepared lunch for us.

We did not sleep. There were so many bugs and small creatures moving about in the night. sleeping under a mosquito net didnt feel safe. It is also quite noisy during the night (cars/train/animals/music). The room was very dark and not at all cozy. Luckily you could sit right outside the door at some tables. It was however a very cheap hotel, so after this we decided to increase our nightly budget.

Warm Hospitality in an Ancient City!

Ranjan and Sanduni are exceptionally warm and helpful hosts! The atmosphere is homely and the food served to us was delicious, authentic and in generous portions. The main street is a short walk away.

The rooms could have better ventilation, but the facility charges very reasonable rates, and we get money's worth.

Nice comfortable stay in Anuradhapura

The room was comfortable and clean. The mosquito net was great and kept us protected in the night. Staff was friendly and courteous. Comfortable bed and hot water available in the shower. Well located, near to city center.

Only Western style breakfast was available when we requested. Wifi did not work due to monkeys.
