Pleasant

Location, nice rooms, some of them with great soundproofing and blackout possibilities.

The reception was not the nicest, not all the rooms are equally soundproofed. As we choose this hotel for the soundproofing and the location and as the soundproofing didn't quite work we consider this hotel too expensive for the value. The prices are comparable to a modern international hotel, but some of the rooms are dated and for a local hotel in Morocco definitely overpriced.

Exceptional

Luxury amongst the traditional city. Great staff

Such a good spot, right behind Jemaa El Fnaa, but with all the luxury you expect from a 5 star hotel. Good WIFI, beautiful surroundings and absolutely lovely front desk staff. Abdelatif and Abdelatif (from 2 different shifts) were helpful and amazing as usual and there was lady who helped me at check in (whos name also began with A (maybe Alina)) that are absolutely amazing. They are a reason to come back alone.

Its perfect, this is coming from a seasoned traveller. A little bit on the pricey side would be my only issue.

Superb

A paradise near the medina

I wanted to take a moment to commend the entire team for their exceptional service and hospitality. We truly appreciated the warm and attentive atmosphere the staff provided. The hotel is stunning and clean. The staff is wonderful throughout. The hotel is within walking distance of the Medina while finding peace and beauty inside. The hotel has a wonderful bar with a pianist, a Moroccan restaurant and an Indian restaurant on the 3rd floor which is a lovely place to come during the day for drinks and lunch from noon and lay by the small pool. They also have a large pool downstairs which has sun in the afternoon. The only thing I would say is that the small pool does not have enough deep water to swim, it is good just to refresh yourself. Aside from that, there is nothing negative at all. The cleaning people are all nice and polite and create some amazing decorations on your bed. Sweet, made us laugh. I highly recommend it if you don't want to be far from the city.

Nothing I did not like. We did not check the fitness centre as we were constantly in and about. and did not eat at the Indian restaurant.

Very good

Great location, ideal for a family base to explore and then rest your feet at the pool.

Great place for a family, amazing location. If youre expecting European 5 star facilities you might be underwhelmed but by the standards of Marrakesh it stands out.

Good location, nice rooms, bad food

The beautiful room pool right besides the katoubia mosque. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The staff helpful.

Food prices a bit expensive for quality, we ordered multiple times and all dishes very average but ranging from 14/17 euros.. 2 of the club sandwhiches which came with stale crisps and the sandwich wasn't really a club sandwich at all.
