The hotel is affordable and average. Do not expect very fancy hotwl. But is it good for family stay.

Location, helpful staff, decent room size, resonable facilities and close to west railway station.

Bathrooms were not cleaned everyday

When asked, the hotel confirmed the acceptance of a cat in the room since the hotel is classified as a pet friendly hotel.Once arrived, the receptionist informed us that the cat was not accepted in the hotel room as per hotel politics. We had to wait for the receptionist to check if we really got the confirmation from the hotel before to be allowed to check in. Also, we were told that we would have to pay an extra 100 euro if they find cat hair in the room at checkout. We didn't pay anything extra in the end since there was nothing wrong with the room at checkout, and the overall stay at the hotel was good, but the attitude of the receptionist was very unprofessional.

Not 4 star, just avoid, its a ripoff

the personal at breakfast is trying their best quality of breakfast still note Austrian standard

- this is more like hostel -since construction it was not renovated - rooms are extremely uncomfortable, not possible to get sleep, you can hear the neighbours talking or watching to -bathroom is full with mould, health hazard and extremely unhygienic - arrogant, untrained and disrespectful staff at reception

Location is perfect. The room was big, and the bed very comfortable.

Only 1 elevator working. It took ages every time I wanted to go to my room. Thankfully it was located in the 1st floor, and I ended up taking the stairs. The room was a bit noisy because of the traffic in the street.

The 2night spend was superb. The staffs were all courteous and accommodating. We check-in early coz our we have a schedu

The rooms were very comfortable and the size is just about right. The hotel is close to transport and very easy to move around. I also would commend on their breakfast which is very good.
