The hotel maintained a standard of cleanliness and efficiency in its operations, which, while expected, was still worth noting.

The reception experience was strikingly impersonal. The receptionists were akin to emotionless robots, lacking warmth or hospitality. Their blank expressions and absence of a simple smile created an unwelcoming atmosphere at the outset. My major gripe lies with the hotel's responsiveness to guest requests. I had made two specific requests one for early check-in a day before my arrival and another two months in advance for a large bed instead of two singles. Both requests seemingly vanished into thin air, with no acknowledgement or response from the hotel. This lack of communication and disregard for guest preferences is sloppy and reflects poorly on the hotels commitment to guest satisfaction.

Very good

Good value for money.

The location is central to transport , supermarket and restaurants. The Nespresso machine with really good coffee was a bonus, as well as the little kitchenette and the small balcony.

A great location when you want a quiet area close to U-bahn, shops near by as very good restaurants

The cooking facilities were very helpful when travelling with a teenager. The shower is very good.

The room service was slack. The room was very clean, and we did not want room service every day. We stayed for eight nights and did not get the room serviced within daytime more than once, even though we hung the request for it on the door. We reported it and it will be handled. Writing this for it to be followed up.

Superb

Superb Location, Comfortable Bed, and First-Rate Customer Service !

The location - just about 15 minutes from the centre of town and 40 minutes to the airport - was excellent. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient, promptly responding to all email queries and special requests. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and spacious enough for two travellers. The extremely comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet was both sumptuous and well-stocked, with ever-attentive staff making sure that nothing would run out. The hotel management also deserves special mention, as they even called me at the airport to tell me that I had left some clothing in the wardrobe ! The front desk then helped with arrangements for sending these items on to my home address. This is first-rate customer service !

The flat screen TV might have been a bit larger, but this was a minor isssue - after all, I hadn't made the trip to Munich to watch TV !

Superb

Surprising! Perfect room, good location.

The room was perfect, with a little kitchen, a balcony with a table and chairs, enough space for 2 people and a comfortable bed. I can't recommend it enough!

I personally prefer one mattress, since two separate mattresses tend to move around a lot. The shower wasn't well insulated and half the bathroom would get wet when showering.

The hotel is near the metro and 3 stops away from the city centre. The rooms were clean and warm, the beds were comfortable except for one which was super hard. The check in was 3 hours late but the receptionist gave us a discount and we did not pay the parking at all.

Late check in but they gave us a discount, so overall it was a good solution.
