Would highly recommend beautiful buildings location gardens staff very attentive and helpful

The atmosphere the history of the buildings the gardens/grounds the friendly staff the view the location close to CBD and Salamanca

The fridge and cupboard where coffee condiments were stored was way to low not user friendly in any way it was annoying and frustrating every time you had to use it

The location and the view.

The bathroom tap was too short making it difficult to use and producing hard splashing. The shower soap holder was unmovable in a position that obstructed confortable showoring. I didn't like the pillows. The lower one was too hard and the softer one was too high. The romm was in the old building and all of its facilities need to be renovated.

Convenient location, room was comfortable but overpriced and nothing to write home about

Good location, comfortable room

Very expensive for a room looking over the car park that was not better than standard chain hotel room. During our time in Tasmania we paid a lot less for a better room in a similar location. The shower head did not stay up and you had to keep adjusting it, the dishes on the sink that had soaps etc in were full of dust and dirt underneath the samples and for the money we paid I would expect everything to be spotless.
