I like the facilities that were provided to us and the receptionist understands the situation of earlier check-in.

Staff do not remember what I asked if i asked for water or food then that was not provided in 1 call or needed to remember the same.

Not satisfied at all

Just the saving grace was the breakfast. It had good spread and most of the dishes were delicious. The staff present in the dining hall were eager to help, were quick and courteous.

If the property was maintained properly it would have been a pleasant stay, but it was in really bad shape. The room 218 that was allocated to me was not cleaned properly stinky, the toilet seat was filthy, bed linen was dirty, pillow covers had lipstick marks, cushions covers had dried out stain marks, there were stain marks on all furniture. This was not expected from Lemon Tree.

My experience at a Lemon tree hotel was very disappointing. The staff's unprofessionalism and lack of competence were evident throughout my stay. I had issues with my reservation, and their inability to handle it efficiently left a lot to be desired. I won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

I checked out the hotel on 17 Nov 23 in morning 04 15 am. The told on 16 Nov 23 night, that the hotel bill hard copy would be given at the time of check out. But during check out on 17 Nov at 4 15 am morning, they sai that they will send soft copy on whatsapp. But so far I dis not received my paid bill copy . This is pathetic conditions of lemon.tree that even after paying the hotel bill, no bill copy was provided
