Great location and good facilities

Good facilities, amazing view from the room. Friendly staff. Gym in the basement all to myself.

It wasn't clear how to access WiFi and with no phone reception in my room I had to go back down 16 floors to reception to find out if you turn the TV on the code is displayed. The lifts are also a bit slow. The couch is made of very itchy material, not comfortable to sit on.

An Okay stay at Leman Locke

Clean, tidy and quiet.

Cold and not easy to adjust thermostat. One elevator not working when checking out so had to take luggage by stairs to ground floor. Hard to find entrance ie not properly signposted.

Comfortable Room; Good Location

Check-in was friendly and professional. The kitchen was well outfitted and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great, as several public transportation options are very close by. While all the tourist and visitor attractions are easily accessible by public transportation (or by walking), we found it was a bonus to not be in an immediate tourist area. There are numerous grocery store options nearby and lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

Would have appreciated instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer, as well as the oven/microwave.

Great location, and definitely a place to consider if you want to stay in London

I would like to thank the entire team for making our stay much more pleasant. We initially had a few incidents of a broken dryer but the maintenance team was extremely prompt with the repair, and for that I am truly grateful. Excellent hospitality and extremely accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to check out a little later too since our flight was quite late, we didnt have places to go to :)

The lift took quite a while, most likely due to the fact that there isnt an up/down function, and probably one lift was under maintenance. Not much of an issue since there are stairs anyway :)
