Fair but not really attractive to the same location again.

Location will be the only advantage

- As located near to famous restaurant, earliest time to be quiet will be 2am - Traditional building with old fashion staircase, not suitable for kids and senior citizens - More housekeeping required to maintain this old building cleanliness especially floor

Loved it wished we had stayed longer!

We loved staying here so close to the places we wanted to visit, close to great food and atmosphere. Space for us as a family of older children. The ambiance was great.

The stairs were steep but lots of places to hold, thankful for the earplugs. A May to sit on the cooling floor would be great. But so much you have already thought about. Thank you

Very good

This is a great place if you're looking for a unique experience. Can't recommend for early sleepers.

The location was great, so central. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very well maintained vintage house, so pretty.

The noisy bar that didn't shut off its music until nearly 2am at night.

Charming house in a great location

This is a restored old charming house in the centre - exactly what we were looking for to soak up the atmosphere of Melacca. We did not meet the hosts in person, but they were very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

Nice, clean, beautiful, location Outdoor area is lovely

No tea and coffee provide. No kitchen towel. Tv have no signal, a bit noisy as the bars are just outside the door, but if you like the bar atmosphere, it is actually a plus to the location

An experience

The home was clean, very clean. The water heater was also awesome, the bestest one we have had in Melaka (we head there once a year). The home was so interesting and comfortable. Close enough to Jonker but far enough to get out without the madness of the weekend market. My kids loved the fish and the experience.

The night and the music it brings. It's loud and people were talking till 3am, I knew it was to be expected but didn't expect it to be SO loud. I had to get earplugs and that helped a bit. I wish the windows esp on the 3rd floor were better because the music on the first floor quite frankly wasn't as loud. If you like chilling at a pub and only sleep at 2am this wouldn't be an issue of course.
